REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS.

Conditions of the right of withdrawal.
The following conditions are reflected in the LGDCU, belonging to the Spanish legislation and also included in the common regulations for the right of withdrawal in the European Union.
Withdrawal period.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal up to 15 days after receipt of the goods, and you can return the goods up to 15 days after this declaration.
In short, you have up to 15 calendar days to return the goods.

Without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 15 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the goods, communicating it to barcelonines@gmail.com. At the time of notifying us of your withdrawal, we will contact you to discuss the method of return and clarify any doubts you may have.
The deadline will be considered to have been met if you return the products before the deadline has expired.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, you can contact us at barcelonines@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Regrettably, no refunds can be given for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at barcelonines@gmail.com and send your item to: Calle Valencia 342, Principal 1ª 08009. Barcelona, Spain. We are not responsible if at the time of the exchange the same product is no longer in stock, as the production is limited due to the exclusivity and craftsmanship of the products.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we send it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it by post to: Calle Valencia 342, Principal 1ª. 08009 Barcelona, Spain.
Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
