Shipping policy

Delivery times and shipping costs.

Peninsula: 24h or 3 working days 8,90€ (estimated). Balearic Islands: 48h or 3-4 working days 8,90€ (estimated). Canary Islands - Ceuta - Melilla: 48h or 3-6 working days 12,90€ (estimated).

EU member countries: 24h or 3-5 working days, 15€/25€ (estimated).

Countries outside the EU: Between one and two weeks, 25€/35€ (estimated).

For Barcelona, if you choose the option of collection in the showroom; you will be informed by email when you can pick up your order. The delivery time will be between 1 to 3 working days depending on the product purchased.

All shipments will be sent by registered mail with proof of delivery and tracking number.

If you buy from a non-EU country, for example the USA, you will have to pay a customs fee and VAT.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are offered:

- Credit/debit card. When you choose to pay by credit/debit card, you will be redirected to Shopify's payment gateway who will take care of the payment.
Once you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be automatically charged to your card.

- PayPal. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online service provider PayPal. You do not need to have an account or open an account, after logging in with your access data and confirming the payment order in our favour, the payment will then be made automatically via PayPal. You will be provided with more information about this during the ordering process.
